I love this take on a one-pan dish. Steak is always a crowd pleaser and the spicy mustard is right up my alley. I bet salmon would also make a great substitute, too.
Lemon Yogurt Cheesecake
Cheesecake is appropriate for every season, but a yogurt-y lemon-y twist sounds very apropos for spring.
